1. What can I expect after I submit the contact form?
 

You will receive a response within 24 – 48 hours. I read every message personally and will reply with the next steps or any information that you have requested or need. 

Once we connect, I’ll send you available times and a link to schedule your session.

Yes. All sessions are held on Zoom unless otherwise arranged.

Sessions are scheduled for one-hour, however, if the need arises and, time is available, I am happy to extend the length of the session, when it’s appropriate.

Life happens and from time to time either one of us may need to reschedule your session.  I would ask that the rule of courtesy apply and a 24-hour notice be the standard. That can be by phone, text or email.
